On physical examination, when a patient flex the knee joint, pain has been aggravated, but has not limited range of motion and instability. The magnetic resonance imaging scan showed the intraarticular well-defined cystic lesion that was visualized with low signal intensity in T1 weighted image and high signal intensity in T2 weighted image measured about 12¡¿14¡¿22mm. The lesion was located in the mid portion of posterior cruciate ligament and has no connection to the adjacent structures. We used arthroscopy as diagnosis and treatment. Arthroscopic examination demonstrated a white-grayish cystic mass in the mid portion of posterior cruciate ligament and another cystic mass that measured about 8¡¿8¡¿10mm has been detected at the medial meniscal posterior horn. The yellowish mucous fluid was found during cyst excision. At 6 months after operation, the knee was asymptomatic and there was no evidence of recurrence.
